5-Story Residential Flat Construction
Jafri Infrastructure successfully constructed a 5-Story Residential Flat (G+4) in Premnagar Dehradun with a strong RCC structural system and high-quality construction standards. The project included complete structural work such as foundation, RCC columns, beams, slabs, brick masonry, and finishing works.
One of the key aspects of this project was the site location between two roads at different elevations. One side of the plot is connected to an 18-foot wide road, while the other side road is at a different height level, creating a natural elevation difference across the site.
This required careful engineering planning and level management during construction to ensure proper structural alignment, building access, and drainage.
Construction Approach
The building was constructed using a Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) structural system, ensuring strength and stability for the 5-story structure. Our team carefully planned the building levels and layout to adapt to the existing site conditions.
Project Outcome
Despite the site challenges, the project was successfully executed, resulting in a strong and well-planned 5-story residential building. The structure provides comfortable living spaces while maintaining proper alignment with the surrounding road infrastructure.
